Guidelines for Book Reports

 

  1.  May not do a book report on a book that is a

      movie.

 

  2.  May not do a book report on a book that your

       teacher  used in 4th, 5th or 6th grade.

 

  3.  May not do a book report on a book that we have

       or are reading in class.

 

  4.  No comic books or graphic novels.

 

  5.  May not use the same book twice for book      

       reports.

 

  6.  Book reports will not be allowed without the

       project.

 

  7.  Books with multiple short stories will not be

       allowed.

 

  8.  AR test for the book must be taken between

       assignment date and due date.

 

  9.  All presentations will be memorized, done orally

       and given a time limit. 

 

10.  Presentation will be graded on eye contact, voice

       quality, retelling of the story, connecting the

       project with the story,  and the quality of the

       project.
