2024 TRYOUTS
Congratulations on your decision to tryout for the PCHS cheer team! As a result, you are responsible for the information in the tryout packet. Please read it carefully. The completed Medical Release Waiver and Photo Release must be returned the first day of tryouts along with evidence of an up-to-date physical. You must also complete the online Information Form by April 26. Use the link below to fill out the form.
Do you have the commitment?
Cheerleading is a team sport and all members are needed to achieve success. Practices and games are mandatory, as are all activities, fundraisers and special events.

A cheer squad will be selected for both Varsity and Junior Varsity. The squad will cheer for home and away FOOTBALL GAMES and home boys and girls BASKETBALL GAMES.

The COMPETITION team will be comprised of no more than 20 members and up to 4 alternates.
SQUAD SELECTION

Incoming Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are eligible for selection to the Varsity squad.

Incoming Freshmen and Sophomores are eligible for selection to the Junior Varsity squad.

Selection to each squad will be determined by the coach(es) at tryouts
REQUIREMENTS

All candidates must return required forms/paperwork prior to their tryout.

All candidates must meet attendance and eligibility requirements.
