Dismissal from the PCHS Cheerleading Squad will occur upon the following instances:

 

• Upon the second non-illness/injury absence from game.

 

• Upon the third unexcused absence from practice.

 

• Suspension due to absences from practice or accumulation of penalty points from two (2) games for football squad and five (5) games (cumulative) for both football and basketball squad will result in the cheerleader being removed from the squad.

 

• Absences from two (2) games for football squad and five (5) games (cumulative) for both football and basketball squad will result in the cheerleader being removed from the squad.

 

• Sitting out for any reason for more than half of any sport's season.

 

• Suspension from school for any reason for an accumulation of 5 or more days. 

 

 

 

If the rules and regulations outlined in the PCHS Cheerleader Handbook are not followed, a written warning letter will be isssued to the cheerleader and her parent(s)/guardian prior to any final disciplinary action that may be taken in regard to removal from the squad.
